∎ Responding to customer queries via phone, email. Moreover, providing accurate information about products or services.
∎ Addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Listen to customer carefully.
∎ Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
∎ Proficient in excel and Microsoft word.
∎ Updating and managing customer databases with accurate details.
∎ Documenting interactions for future reference.
∎ Continuously learning about company offerings and policies to provide accurate information.
∎ Communicating customer needs to relevant departments like sales, logistics, or technical support.
∎ Managing production lead time across cross- functional teams.
∎ Timely reporting to the team manager.
∎ Uphold company policies and regulations as set by HR and Admin.
