Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate(CCNA),Linux System and Network Administration
∎ Skills Required: Computer Networks, Computer skill, Computer Troubleshooting, Erp software, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally ERP 9

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer Operating, Computer skill, Erp software, Tally ERP 9, Telecommunication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Food (Packaged)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure and maintenance of ERP software, firewall, switch & any kind of router operational functions, scanner, network printer, etc.
∎ Install and maintenance of Operating System, computer hardware, networks & LAN Setup.
∎ Experience in handling & troubleshooting IP cameras, CCTV, video conferencing equipment, & access control devices.
∎ Active directory server, Endpoint security, Outlook Email configuring, and troubleshooting.
∎ Inventory Management of Computer Hardware, Laptop, Printer, UPS, Scanner, Multimedia Projector, and Various types of Software and operating systems.
∎ Communicate with different service providers/vendors/organizations and take necessary steps as per requirements.
∎ Determining IT budget and equipment needs.
∎ Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
∎ Execute basic Graphics Design (Photoshop & illustrator) and Web Design.
∎ Work closely with the other team members with a positive team-player attitude.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have a clear knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
∎ Should have basic knowledge of ERP software.
∎ Good analytical and communication skills.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 1
∎ Medical allowance and other facilities will be provided if the company seems it to be applicable.
