• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University,NGO

• 3-5 years experience as an IT expert, Support Technician, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), network protocols and other related issue.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.

• Monitor and troubleshoot system and network performance issues.

• Provide technical support to staff and end-users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance.

• Ensure system and data security through firewalls, antivirus, and regular updates.

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.

• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

• Assist with IT-related projects such as system upgrades, cloud migration, or software deployment.

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and industry standards.

• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software support and procurement.
