Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the complete IT operations of the factory including servers, networking, and hardware systems
Ensure uninterrupted support for ERP systems (Odoo/Oracle/SAP or similar) across departments
Oversee IT support for production, inventory, commercial, accounts, HR, and supply chain teams
Maintain and monitor network security, CCTV systems, data backups, and cybersecurity protocols
Handle troubleshooting of factory IT issues related to machines, automation systems, and office systems
Coordinate with ERP consultants and vendors for implementation, customization, and upgrades
Develop IT policies, user access controls, and documentation for smooth operations
Lead a team of IT officers/support engineers and ensure timely service delivery
Maintain IT asset management, procurement, and vendor coordination
Support future digitalization projects including automation, IoT, and reporting dashboards
