Job Context:
∎ 6 days in a week
∎ Working Hours: 10.00 am - 8.00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the company's social media accounts, social media platforms Facebook (pages & groups), Instagram, Google, YouTube & LinkedIn to manage digital marketing campaigns, develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, website, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads Manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
∎ Online customer support & phone call support, online land sale processing & achieving sales target.
∎ Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and end-to-end consumers to drive engagements and conversions.
∎ Maintain high-quality and eye-catching content like social media post images, banners, blog images, info-graphics, website banners, etc. for Web & Social Media advertisements.
∎ Social media marketing such as running ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google ads.
∎ Budget for Digital marketing, e-commerce & monthly online sales target to be achieved.
∎ Creative Planning, Designing, and executing event-wise campaigns.
∎ Develop and optimize content for the website and social media channels.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing and content marketing strategies.
∎ Regularly update the company website as needed.
∎ Develop marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
∎ Execute all digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook posting, post boosting, and responding.
∎ Develop video editing skills, creating banners, images, promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website & social media.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Work with audience targeting, analyzing, planning, and using SEO, On-Page/Off-Page SEO, keyword research, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Strong Knowledge of WordPress and custom-based Website design & development.
∎ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
∎ Manage social media Live online sales and campaigns.
∎ Increase Whiteshell sales in the e-commerce platform by doing online activities.
∎ Prepare and demonstrate presentations of various online Live marketing strategies/campaigns.
∎ Maintain weekly & monthly social media live sales forecast reports and analyses for development.
∎ Ensure monthly online sales targets are achieved and sales generated from another online source.
∎ Keyword Research (AdSense, Affiliate, Service).
∎ Competitors Analysis & Website Audit.
∎ On-Site Optimization, On-Page Optimization & Content Article Writing, and Google Webmaster Tool & Analytics.
∎ Facebook Advanced Audience Targeting, Ads Quality Maintenance, and Facebook Paid Campaign.
∎ YouTube Competitor Analysis, YouTube Channel & Video Optimization, YouTube Monetization.
∎ Performing any other duty as directed by the Management.
