∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ • Communicate with customers via phone and facebook messanger.
∎ • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ • Ensure customer satisfaction, providing appropriate solution and alternatives within the stipulated time and follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ • Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
∎ • Report back data of whole day work to admin on different platforms (Note book, Direct to boos, etc.)
∎ • Typing speed (Both Bangla and English) should be fast and sound.
∎ • Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a Customer Service Executive having good verbal communication skills. Receive Phone calls, Client handle & ability to solve problem.
