∎ Technical Requirements:
∎ - 2+ years’ experience in computer networks and systems maintenance
∎ -Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, File Sharing etc
∎ -Hands-on experience in structured cabling, networking, IP Sub-netting, VPN configuration
∎ -Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
∎ -Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ -Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Install and configure software and hardware
∎ -Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
∎ -Verify functionality of hardware and software components
∎ -Manage and maintain IT systems, including networks, servers, and CCTV systems, to ensure optimal performance and security.
∎ -Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone, troubleshoot network and connectivity issues, including the ability to terminate UTP cable for networking purposes.
∎ -Support users with computer problems and resolve their issues.
∎ -Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
∎ -Evaluate and recommend new technologies, software, and hardware solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
∎ -Innovate new methods for streamlining troubleshooting and diagnosis.
