∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering or B.Sc in Computer & Telecommunication Engineering /EEE/ETC from any reputed public/ Private University

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising overall IT activities
∎ Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners
∎ Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software & hardware faults
∎ Repairing equipment and replacing parts
∎ Installing antivirus protection
∎ Fixing network faults at user-end
∎ Talking to computer users to determine the nature of problems
∎ Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems
∎ Technical support for employees using the network
∎ Logging customer / employee queries
∎ Manage existing video Surveillance/CCTV systems
∎ Mount IP cameras. Configure camera & add to server. Troubleshoot camera problems.
∎ Configure, maintain & troubleshoot NVR/DVR; Plan & deploy network for video surveillance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill.
∎ Strong analytical and communication skill
∎ Team work & team commitment
∎ Ability to work under stress and pressure
∎ Must have good communication skill
