Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in CSE/EEE/ECE from any reputed Public/ Private University
∎ Note: Recent vendor certifications on different fields will be preferred but not mandatory
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising overall IT activities;
∎ Installing and configuring computer systems, OS & apps, printers, scanners;
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software & hardware faults;
∎ Repairing equipment and replacing parts, projector installation, have to experience to work with Office 365 full package, Zoom, Teams, etc;
∎ Installing antivirus protection;
∎ Providing assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, word processing, e-mail and operating systems;
∎ Technical support for employees using the network;
∎ Skills in Computer Networking (Active & Passive);
∎ Fixing network faults at user-end;
∎ Can work in any Windows/Linux/Ubuntu based Operating System;
∎ Experience on Server/Storage installation, configuration and regular operation & maintain;
∎ Mount IP cameras. Configure camera & add to server. Troubleshoot camera problems;
∎ Configure, maintain & troubleshoot NVR/DVR; Plan & deploy network for video surveillance;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management & divisional head/reporting person;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Should have strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Strong analytical and communication skill;
∎ Team work & Team commitment ;
∎ Ability to work under pressure .
