Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be providing quality HR support by delivering assistance to the department and HR team for a large Textiles and apparel manufacturing set up which has vertically integrated Yarn, Fabric (Woven, Knit, Denims) & Garments Manufacturing capacities. The incumbent should have the hands-on experience in the following functions:
∎ Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
∎ Proofread HR documents including audits, and handbooks.
∎ Sort incoming resumes and logs them into appropriate tracking spreadsheets
∎ Coordinate candidate interviews, physicals, and testing
∎ Send background checks and save results when they are returned
∎ Work proactively with other team members.
∎ Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team .
∎ Openly share new ideas and information with other team members.
