∎ Having experience in 3D design(CLO, BROWSER, and VISUAL STITCHER software) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Research current fashion trends and identify target markets.
∎ Create mood boards for seasonal collections.
∎ Design clothing for each category, aligned with market-inspired upcoming trends and category forecasts.
∎ Create line sheets and design matching or aligned pieces for a collection.
∎ Design flat sketches by hand or using computer-aided software.
∎ Analyze seasonal trends in fabrics, colors, and shapes.
∎ Collaborate with the design team, forecasters, and retail team.
∎ Understand design from a technical perspective and create technical specifications for designs.
∎ Follow up with the CAD/pattern team for making patterns.
∎ Source fabrics, trims, and accessories with team.
∎ Develop embroidery, and accessories for individual categories.
∎ Collaborate with fabric and production merchandisers to create a fruitful seasonal collection.
∎ Develop sample garments and oversee their creation, including fitting, detailing, and adaptation.
∎ Follow up on patterns, samples, washes, prints, and embroidery.
∎ Display development samples for retail presentation.
∎ Create tech packs and hand them over to the merchandisers.
∎ Adapt existing designs for mass production.
∎ Follow up on production status with merchandisers.
∎ Work closely with sales, buying, and production teams to ensure market demand and price points are met.
∎ Conduct market surveys.
∎ Work on photo-shoot concepts.
∎ Analyze seasonal sales reports and plan accordingly to develop sales.
∎ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

The incumbent should have hands on experience on the following functions:
