Responsibilities & Context:

Reception Desk Management:

  • Greet visitors and clients at the reception area with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.

Client Communication:

  • Engage with clients over the phone, providing information and answering inquiries with a polite and engaging tone.
  • Maintain a professional yet approachable demeanor to foster positive relationships with clients.

Candidate Outreach:

  • Conduct outreach to potential candidates via phone to schedule interviews and explain the hiring process.
  • Maintain a friendly and inviting tone during calls to create a comfortable atmosphere for candidates.

Candidate Interviews:

  • Assist in conducting initial interviews with candidates, assessing their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Provide feedback and summaries of interviews to the Senior HR personnel.

Support to Senior HR:

  • Collaborate with the Senior HR team member on various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Administrative Support:

  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking candidates, interview schedules, and other HR metrics.
  • Assist with data entry and management of employee records.

Sales Team Coordination:

  • Communicate and coordinate with sales personnel to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and candidate profiles.
  • Support the sales team by providing relevant HR information and resources.

Additional Tasks:

  • Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Chairman/CEO or Senior HR personnel.
  • Be adaptable and willing to take on new challenges to support the overall HR function.
