Sourcing & Purchasing knowledge at the supervisory level and experience of handling related unsold (stock lot products)
Good leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure.
Will get preference who have experience to handle stock lot (unsold products)
Computer skills, Strong Communication skills in English
Should be highly motivated and willing to take challenges.
Can handle with big volume Stock Lot (Cancelled order, Container block etc)
Proficient in English Writing & Speaking.
Good negotiation & Sourcing skills.
Develop and contact suppliers, search for viable overstock for our client`s market Evaluate overstock meets the pricing and quality of our requirements
Prospecting to buy overstocks and unsold items ( Garments, Shoes, Bag, Home textile, Furniture etc) at the best prices in order to sell them to our France Store. Prospecting the markets: Inquiring about new suppliers through internet, fairs, magazines and data bases; update its own database by expanding the researches to an international level Call the supplier in the database and searching for the opportunity to buy a stock lot from them.
Investigate the reason of the stock, the needs of the supplier in term of stock clearance, and pre-negotiate the collaboration terms.
Assessing the ability of suppliers to meet the requirements of the cost, time quality and quantity (verify the seriousness and reliability of potential suppliers) Ensure that the products are compliant to the quality standards and to the regulations of the target markets Communicating with International Buyer to help to place order Ensuring the proper conduct of the procedure and the observance of rules and deadlines Teamwork, Communicate with managers, buyers and colleagues Continuous monitoring of ongoing business affairs and current files Reach monthly target Observance of the law, rules and schedules, work on the best interest of the company
