• Strong knowledge of embroidery machines, threads, and production techniques.

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Executive – Embroidery to manage embroidery operations for both knit and woven garments from sample development to bulk production, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise embroidery work from sample to bulk production as per buyer requirements.

• Ensure daily production targets and on-time delivery to the next process.

• Coordinate sample approvals and execute necessary corrections.

• Monitor embroidery layouts, machine performance, and technical issues.

• Prepare daily and monthly production and cost reports.

• Control wastage and optimize thread, manpower, and consumable usage.

• Maintain 5S, safety, and buyer compliance standards on the floor.

• Guide and monitor operators to ensure quality and productivity.
