• Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Relevant Field.

• Minimum 02 years of experience in garments quality assurance (knit preferred).

• Strong understanding of buyer quality standards and compliance requirements.

• Hands-on experience in fabric inspection, trims checking, and garment construction quality control.

• Knowledge of AQL standards and production workflows.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Receive production files from the Merchandising Department and verify against master sample and size sets.

• Collect and analyse pre-production comments and implement in quality planning.

• Conduct Pre-Production Meetings (PPM) and coordinate with in-line, in-process, and end-line QC teams.

• Monitor and evaluate fabric, trims, sewing workmanship, measurements, embroidery/printing, and critical operations based on buyer specifications.

• Provide approvals for fabric, prints, embroidery, trims, and accessories before bulk production.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards across all stages of production.

• Conduct pre-final inspections in accordance with AQL standards.

• Follow up on test cutting, production status, and on-time shipment schedules.

• Analyse defect reports, re-inspections, and blocking rates, and take corrective actions.
