Process Flow Improvement:

• Facility layout designing,

• Analyzing VSM (Value stream mapping)

• Monitor to implement various lean tools in the plant

• Layout design and analyze, improve factory lay-out to control excess operating time and increase efficiency.

• Coaching and Leading Kaizen event

• Ensure balancing procedure for equal work distribution, accurate manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower and production improvement.

• Maintain Operators skill inventory grading system.

Costing & Development

• Analyzing each style for critical path identification at the time of sample development

• C&M costing at the time of sample development.

• Monitor SMV Calculation team for Costing by historical GSD & ACE 2000 database.

• Utilized 2M to get best utilization of resources

• Analyze departmental working load and proposed lean structure

SAM Savings

• Sam analysis and plan to reduce.

• Motion analysis improvement

• Process savings through innovation

FLAP & Automation for T2

• Research and development easy process method prior sample development

• Method development /innovation for SMV reduction

• Suggest automation for existing manual process.

• Guide RDD team to improve % of automation coverage.

• Drive BD FLAP team to create logic to develop business logic.
