Responsibilities & Context:

Job Brief:

The role of the prospecting team leader will be to set up and ensure the smooth running of all

stages of the process according to the procedures in place and these prerequisites.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of prospectors

  • Develop the skills of prospectors

  • Participate in recruiting prospecting teams

  • Ensure communication and reporting to the Procurement Department

  • Guarantee compliance with internal regulations, procurement procedures, and deadlines.

  • Share knowledge and expertise with junior negotiators.

Tasks :

  • Coaching and leading a prospecting team

  • Guide the team daily towards set qualitative and quantitative goals

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of prospectors

  • Oversee team activity and update the information system

  • Implement the procurement policy

  • Ensure the development of team members' skills

  • Manage the team's portfolio

  • Ensure the quality of the portfolio under your responsibility

  • Communicate with internal departments.
