Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – Business Development to expand our market presence in the garments, textile, and accessories sector. The role requires strong industry connections, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth.

• Develop new business opportunities with garments manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, and sourcing offices

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business growth

• Prepare and execute strategic sales and marketing plans

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients

• Coordinate with production, planning, and supply chain teams for smooth order execution

• Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

• Monitor sales performance, forecast revenue, and achieve assigned targets
