Key Responsibilities:

• Drive product development for woven categories, from concept to sample approval.

• Communicate confidently with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.

• Prepare and manage order sheets, costing, and T&A plans.

• Monitor sample development, approvals, and production progress.

• Ensure timely delivery and compliance with buyer requirements.

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for management.

Experience & Technical Expertise:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in woven development merchandising.

• Strong knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.

• Proven experience in product development and buyer communication.

• Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken) are mandatory.

• Ability to manage multi-product categories will be considered an added advantage.

• Prior experience in a reputed company is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
