Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/Masters in Anthropology/ Development Study and any other Social Sciences subject from any reputed educational institute.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support team to apply behavioral research methodology and HCD approach in functional level.
∎ Share technical knowledge and resources/tools with team members on behavioural research, HCD and nudges for better understanding.
∎ Develop guidelines, tools and techniques to conduct behavioural research in the issue/ programme based intervention and facilitate team to apply the systematic process i.e. defining problem, field research, ideation, solution design and testing.
∎ Create positive environment in team for innovative design thinking, generating ideas and learning from failures and others success.
∎ Document lesson learning with the Research and Insights team to find out the Gap of understanding and implementation processes to create avenues for alternative learning.
∎ Experience planning and hosting collaborative workshops, user research and/or usability testing and conducting comparative/competitive landscape and content audits with the other teams in SIL.
∎ Develop interactive reporting dashboards and different types of visualizations, if required.
∎ Any other task assigned by the senior management and /or organization.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of working experience in the field of development particularly related to behavioural insights projects; having proven track record on innovations.
∎ Deep understanding of information design / architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology.
∎ Develop guideline on design tools ( behavioural research, HCD) application
∎ Support Research and Insights team on documentation
∎ Support Capacity Development and strategy development
∎ Support programmes to follow HCD approach
