Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE);

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Increase productivity & Efficiency with Quality standards through developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
∎ Optimizing manpower allocation, taking Lean tools & techniques & applying preventive and systematic maintenance;
∎ Implement Kaizen in Production Floor;
∎ Implement 5S philosophy and audit performance;
∎ Identify wastages & recommend the tools of waste minimization;
∎ Draw VSM & analyze it to reduce the lead time;
∎ Implement visual management(SQNP Board);
∎ Implementation of QC tool: (Pareto chart, Cause Effect Diagram / Root cause analysis);
∎ Product family analysis& Project on reducing change over time (COT);
∎ Finishing SMV calculation using by GSD;
∎ Project on reducing change over time;
∎ Poster design & Campaign to awareness on Incentive of all production concern;
∎ Project on reducing cutting inventory;
∎ SMV & Efficiency calculation of Sewing, Finishing, Cutting & Printing section
∎ Capacity;
∎ Planning Time, motion and method study;
∎ Practice various type of software to build Correct SMV;
∎ analyzed all departments lost time report's weekly/monthly & approach preventive action reports;
∎ Find the fault in the existing layout and make a way of improvement;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Capable of managing the Industrial Engineering department independently;
∎ Must be enthusiastic and committed to achievement and result oriented;
∎ Sound knowledge in computer operation;
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skills.
