Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed university & PGDHRM is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Administration, Computer skill, Office Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle Recruitment Process and arrange all labors on time
∎ Arranging training as per TNA & Training Calendar and monitor development of staffs along with proper data acquisition and Management
∎ To communicate with Government & non-Government offices as a part of industrial relation and factory administration
∎ Coordinating Talent Management process as per company objectives
∎ Resolving factory employee grievances and IR related issues
∎ Monitoring Compliance, Security and Factory Administration (Able to handle factory Workers)
∎ To conduct Performance Appraisal, 360 Degree Feedback, & Pulse Survey for Factory workers
∎ Maintaining attendance & leave of all staffs and security guards
∎ Working on renewal of all licenses, certificates and agreements required for factory operation and their proper documentation.
∎ Managing travel and lodging arrangements for both corporate office staffs and foreign visitors
∎ Managing day to day other HR and administrative works

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Profit share, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
