Responsibilities & Context:
The role is for driving Aqua feed sales through dealer management, market analysis, and customer engagement. It’s a field based job.
Achieve Aqua feed sales and collect dealer status·
Deliver & report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator·
Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles·
Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor·
Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)·
Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed·
Give “FEEDBACK” to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market·
Monthly feed performance report sends to HO·
Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity·
Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Aqua·
Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch.
