Responsibilities & Context:
Assisting the superiors in all designs, drawings and specifications according to the project standards.
Supervising, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of electrical & mechanical works as well as control on material usages.
Resolving project or maintenance-related issues at project sites, in consultation with relevant stakeholders when necessary.
Preparing, maintaining, and updating engineering documents and records.
Attending meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders as per requirements.
Preparing drawings, specifications, and BOQs for electrical and mechanical works.
Managing all electricians and ensuring completion of maintenance tasks as per schedule.
Overseeing electrical power supply, Electrical interlocking, distribution, and panel board/PFI maintenance.
Maintaining all backup power systems including generators, UPS, and IPS.
Monitoring and maintaining all internal & external lighting systems of the institutions.
Conducting scheduled maintenance visits, identify issues, and take proper actions.
Carrying out necessary repairs and maintenance.
Ensuring implementation of electrical safety systems such as grounding and lightning protection (LA & SPD).
Preparing budget, maintenance schedules, control maintenance inventory, and maintain records properly.
Ensuring preventive measures and proper maintenance of all electrical and EME-related equipment.
Conducting equipment health check and maintaining inspection logs, registers, and checklists.
To be responsible for preventing any damage (tangible or intangible) to the organization's assets or interests due to negligence, incompetence, or misconduct.
Maintain safety works across the operations and maintain all safety compliances.
Performing any additional duties assigned by the authority.
