Educational Requirements:
∎ Post-Graduation or Master's Degree in any discipline (preferably in business background) from any reputed university having no 3rd Division/Class.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in any scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Sound Knowledge of General Banking, Business Development & day to day Branch Operations.
∎ Well conversant with Negotiable Instrument Act, AML Act, Regulatory Guidelines, Laws & acts etc.
∎ Excellent Inter-personal communication & Customer Relationship Management skills.
∎ Fluent in English & sound computer literacy with working experience in renowned banking software.
∎ Age should not be over 40 years as on 30 June, 2020.
