∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with all branches for implementation of Centralized General Banking Operations
∎ Prepare process Guideline of Centralized Services & Support
∎ Liaisons with Branches, IT & others Division for GB Centralization
∎ Review, monitor and follow up the pending accounts of Branches
∎ Follow up the all regulatory requirements for account opening
∎ Prepare MIS of daily servicing related pending or finished
∎ Monitor the modification of account information, reactivation, operative & stop payment activity
∎ Follow up the internal, external audit and subsequent compliances
∎ Centrally Shanchay Patra Opening, Closing, Pre-Matured Encashment, Monthly payment and regular correspondence with regulators
∎ Correspondence with Utility Bill Service Organizations i.e., DPDC, DESCO, WASA, Titas Gas, BTCL etc. for collections of bills, agreement signing, renewal of agreement etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in reputed banks with 3 years' experience in related field
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations
∎ Excellent business communication and interpersonal relationship skills
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
