Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare manpower requirements for the entire cutting operations for upcoming orders.
∎ Ensure to issue accurate SMV’S for all measurable operations in the cutting department.
∎ Ensure to maintain section wise potentials on a daily basis to meet the cutting plan.
∎ Study and simplify the cutting process and reduce the unmeasured cadre.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly efficiency and incentive reports.
∎ Maintain required skill levels in the cutting department.
∎ Introduce new system and procedures in order to effectively face the future challenge (incentive/grading etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good efficiency in computer literacy is must.
∎ Should have experience working in Knit Garments Factory.
∎ Mostly preferable GSD expert.

Salary: Negotiable
