Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Part qualification in CA (CC), CMA (Inter), or equivalent will be considered as an added advantage.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Dyeing Factory

• Age 27 to 32 years
• Only Male

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audit of bill vouchers, BTB L/C documents, and related financial transactions.

• Review and verify store inventory records, physical stock vs. book balance, and issue discrepancy reports.

• Perform audits of HR, Payroll, and Attendance records to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Check and evaluate compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

• Identify financial control weaknesses and areas of improvement.

• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, findings, and recommendations for corrective actions.

• Follow up with concerned departments on implementation of audit recommendations.

• Assist management in minimizing risks and ensuring transparency across financial and operational processes.
