Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in preparing export and import documentation (EXP, L/C, BL, PI, etc.).
- Liaise with banks, customs, C&F agents, BGMEA, shipping lines and government offices as necessary.
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain records and track export/import-related data.
- Follow up on shipping schedules and clearance procedures.
- Ensure timely submission and collection of export-related incentives/documents.
