Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of taking full responsibility of marketing to run 24 lines knit garments factory.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating every aspect of the merchandising department.
∎ Candidate must possess & exhibit strong leadership abilities.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor strategic marketing plan to achieve company's objectives.
∎ Ensure smooth communications with customers and suppliers.
∎ Follow up with the subordinates and ensure proper control of ongoing orders.
∎ Maintain data for the order, and input data for costing to report efficiently and accurately.
∎ Finalization of FOB value of different products efficiently and accurately.
∎ Ensure correct consumption & initial costing.
∎ Follow-up for development samples & at work approvals.
∎ Confirm all raw materials/trims to be in house before bulk production.
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time.
∎ The individual will be responsible for follow up of knitting, dyeing, sampling, trims development / booking.
∎ Candidate has to coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department of the company very professionally.
∎ Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and globally renowned customers
