Job Responsibilities:
∎ The dyehouse manager must have marketing experience for a sub-contract based knit dyeing factory to achieve the targeted dyeing and finishing production.
∎ Maintaining a high Right First Time (RFT) percentage is crucial to minimize reprocessing and ensure optimal product quality in both dyeing and finishing processes.
∎ Collaborating with the lab is essential to ensure accurate recipe formulation, maintaining consistent dyeing and finishing quality.
∎ Implementing and monitoring quality control measures throughout the dyeing and finishing processes is essential to ensure overall product quality.
∎ Effective communication and coordination with relevant personnel and departments regarding dyeing, finishing, and shipment-related issues are vital for smooth operations.
∎ Minimizing process loss and wastage through effective monitoring and optimization contributes to efficient resource utilization.
∎ Adhering to the Time and Action (TNA) calendar is important to ensure on-time delivery of products.
∎ Developing strategies to reduce water consumption and promote sustainable practices in dyeing and finishing processes contributes to environmentally responsible operations.
∎ Identifying and resolving issues that cause production hold-ups is essential for maintaining smooth operations and minimizing delays.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing the average batch per machine helps maximize production capacity and efficiency.
∎ Identifying bottlenecks, implementing streamlined processes, and leveraging appropriate technology improve process time efficiency.
∎ Staying updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in dyeing and finishing is essential to maintain competitiveness.
