∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla & English.
∎ Good commanding skill in computer (MS Office Packages).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending to the pre-production meeting and discuss about the critical operations, machine layout, SMV, plan production, manpower allocation etc. with all related persons.
∎ Ensure operation bulletin and re-engineering or balancing the bulletin for better productivity in sewing & finishing.
∎ Work with the Planning & Merchandising dept. to get correct loading to the floor.
∎ Follow-up daily productivity to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Plan layout of machines and line to get highest productivity by using IE tools/methods.
∎ Follow-up machine balance of factory which reduce excess rented machine.
∎ Measuring accurate factory efficiency, line performance, changeover effectiveness, capacity study, time & motion study, machine breakdown etc.
∎ Requesting machines and attachment requirement well in advance based on scheduled production plan.
∎ Help floor staff to do effective line layout according to Operation Bulletin and improve line balancing for smooth workflow.
∎ Daily manpower balancing, target setting & achievement monitoring.
∎ Find out bottleneck area and analysis and stick to the problem until settle and clear .
∎ Identify critical path, conducting capacity study, production study, method study to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Make the consumption report for thread/Piping/Twill tape etc.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by management.
