Responsibilities & Context:
Hardware and Software maintenance with troubleshooting for computer and other devices related to IT functions
Networking & troubleshoot of different systems for data security under supervision
Assisting to the process upgradation of IT system
Monitoring the Access control and CC surveillance systems
Asset management for IT equipment
Experienced in Payroll Software
Prepare daily attendance report, absent report, late & questionable attendance list.
Daily Data collection from all sections, posting, and updating in Payroll Software / ERP.
Maintain daily/monthly attendance for all employees.
Generate salary sheet, pay slip, etc.
Prepare various types of payment sheets like final settlement, earn leave encashment, festival bonus , etc.
Prepare and update yearly increment salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
Monitor total payroll management and audit requirements.
Any other HR & Payroll tasks provided by the management.
