Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive functional knowledge in HR Audit
∎ Competency assessment of employees, compensation and benefits analysis and determine new salary and benefit packages.
∎ Data analytical skills.
∎ Conduct interview of candidates.
∎ (English and Bangla and analyze the results in tables/graphs/ excel.
∎ Prepare project proposals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years and above in relevant areas preferably in reputed organizations/NGOs.
∎ Very good in PC operation, MS word, Excell, Ppt preparation and presentaion. Strong in spoken and written in English.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on experience and skills.
