Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection processes
∎ Assist with the coordination of new hire orientation and onboarding
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
∎ Prepare and update job requirements when needed.
∎ Assist in performance management processes
∎ Support employee engagement initiatives
∎ Assist with learning and development activities
∎ Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
∎ Prepare reports on human resources operations or activities
∎ Support the development and implementation of human resource initiatives

Additional Requirements:
