- To ensure alignment of HR policies and strategies with organizational goals.
- To line up all the HR actions and operations to the business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and oversee employee training, learning, and development programs.
- Implement effective performance management systems to drive high performance and accountability.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.

- Ensure payroll and benefits administration comply with legal and organizational standards.

- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to top management for strategic planning.

- Work closely with top management, department heads, and employees to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
