• Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Technology
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology

• Honors in any discipline

• Candidate must have experience in similar position.

• Knowledge and communication skill on Japanese Language will get special preference.

• QMS

• Monitoring daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and production action.

• Must be capable to accomplish the in line and pre shipment and final inspection.

• Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.

• Responsible for directing workers for engaging in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.

• Must have knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customer.

• Responsible for reporting to the higher level for making the proper assessment of the quality control.

• Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the production process.

• Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.

• Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.

• Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
