Candidate must have experience in similar position.
Knowledge and communication skill on Japanese Language will get special preference.
QMS
Monitoring daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and production action.
Must be capable to accomplish the in line and pre shipment and final inspection.
Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard with CAP correction.
Responsible for directing workers for engaging in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product or process quality and reliability.
Must have knowledge of sample development; approve sample, swatch matching and finishing quality in order to maintain a good standard product for executing shipment smoothly for the nominated customer.
Responsible for reporting to the higher level for making the proper assessment of the quality control.
Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve each and every stage of the production process.
Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process.
Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
Conduct pre finals and packaging audits to ensure 100% final inspections pass rate.
