Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum HSC

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering or a related field is preferred for higher-level line in-charges.

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in garment sewing line management.

• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, sewing operations, and quality requirements.

• Good understanding of SMV, line balancing, and efficiency improvement techniques.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Must be Computer Skill (Microsoft Office)

• Plan and organize sewing line activities to achieve daily production targets.

• Balance the sewing line to ensure smooth workflow and minimize bottlenecks.

• Allocate machine operators and helpers according to skill level and operational requirements.

• Track hourly production and take corrective action to meet targets.

• Ensure all operations follow approved quality standards and specifications.

• Conduct in-line inspections and guide operators to reduce defects.

• Coordinate with quality inspectors to solve quality and process issues immediately.

• Monitor line efficiency and implement methods to improve productivity.

• Work on WIP (Work-In-Progress) control to maintain proper line flow.

• Identify training needs and guide operators to improve skills.

• Communicate with cutting, quality, industrial engineering (IE), and finishing departments for smooth operations.

• Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.

• Report production status, line issues, and manpower needs to supervisors/management.

• Ensure workers follow all safety rules and workplace guidelines.

• Maintain discipline and a clean working environment on the line.

• Prepare RCA & CAP analysis report and Share to Top Management.

• Submit end-of-day production summary to the production manager.
