Experience:
BBA/MBA with a major in HRM or Marketing preferred from any reputed university.
4–6 years of progressive HR experience in a business partnering role, working experience in sales/business will be preferable.
Strong understanding of HR operations, analytics, and outreach strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel, ability to work independently and drive initiatives across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant IT tools.

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on operational excellence and outreach initiatives. This role ensures seamless HR service delivery, drives employee engagement, and supports data-driven decision-making through HR analytics. The HRBP will act as a strategic advisor to business units, ensuring HR practices support organizational goals.
Working Station: MSB Head Office, Dhaka. 30% time in travelling.
Key Responsibility:
1. Act as HR Business Partner:
Define right organization structure for operations and outreach department along with concern HoD/Line Manager.
Prepare/update Job description, KPI & performance dashboard along with concern HoD/Line Manager.
Help along with concern HoD/Line Manager to prepare performance appraisal/conversation.
Identify training/skill gap, develop customized training modules accordingly with the help of learning & OD Manager and along with concern HoD/Line Manager.
Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance.
Partner with line managers to resolve employee relations issues and improve workplace culture.
Monitor and improve HR service delivery standards and turnaround times.
Attend all monthly meetings, identify area of improvements and action plan accordingly.
Arrange National OPS convention along with concern HoD/Line Manager.
2. HR Analytics & Efficiency:
Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics of Operations & Outreach department. (e.g., attrition, engagement, recruitment efficiency).
Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Support digital transformation and automation initiatives within HR.
3. Other duties:
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HoD).
