Multinational Companies, Software Company, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage recruitment and selection process of tech and non-tech resources..
∎ Maintain relationship with universities to attract talent.
∎ Own and lead employer branding through different PR activities (seminars, career fairs etc.).
∎ Lead HR operations e.g. contract signing, payroll, leave tracking, performance appraisal, employee survey, compensation design etc.
∎ Take periodic feedback and grievances from employees and suggest required actions.
∎ Ensure proper house keeping of the office space.
∎ Lead admin related activities.
∎ Own and perform the end to end HR activities with supervision from CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience working in a multinational or a reputed local organization where good HRM is practiced.
∎ Experience in service-rendering organization is preferred.
∎ Experience in managing white color employees.
∎ Passion for technology is a plus.
∎ Good (very good in Bangladeshi standard) in English reading and writing.
∎ Good in computer and web related skill (we maintain a paperless office.)
∎ Passion for HRM.
∎ Track record of being responsible and taking ownership.
