• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the key personnel of the company, product managers and engineers.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and interactions for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and processes within the organization.
