Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the focal point for managing staff grievances, concern & dissatisfactions, ensuring a compassionate and effective response.
∎ Responsible for maintaining the employee feedback mechanism, including collecting, categorizing, and delegating grievances. Ensure grievances are acknowledged and registered in a timely manner.
∎ Lead the grievance management procedure. validating concerns, conducting investigations, and coordinating necessary disciplinary actions in compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Validate existing and new company policies to ensure alignment with legal and compliance standards.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to assess employee satisfaction, identify factors contributing to dissatisfaction, and collaborate with organizational development team to enhance morale.
∎ Manage the exit management process, including final settlement and employee correspondence. Conduct exit interviews, analyse data, and address underlying grievances or suggestions to identify organizational improvement areas. Facilitate smooth transitions.
∎ Monitor organizational discipline and address discrepancies to maintain a fair workplace.
∎ Ensure all legal obligations regarding employee health, safety, and well-being are met.
∎ Responsible for ensuring gratuity registration and provident fund management in accordance with legal requirements.
∎ Remain up to date about labor law regulations and industrial practices to innovate the concerned processes
