  • Working experience in factory setting with software management.
  • Advance knowledge in excel.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead HR budget for RSGT-Bangladesh, that includes, HR budget planning, considering all the benefits and provision, estimated cost implications of inflation & increment, and ensure budget provision is appropriate to run the operations smoothly and effectively.  

  • Help the team on salary fixation, set the right compensation for new hire.

  • Work on salary survey, ensure RSGT-Bangladesh remuneration is very competitive to the market and ensure, right pay package for the organization.

  • This position needs to know the job evaluation technics especially hay method and ensure appropriate grade has been assigned for the jobs.

  • Work on increment and inflation proposal for the organization.

  • Work on attendance and payroll process and ensure the staff are get paid on time by ensuring no error.

  • Work on final settlement calculation and ensure the payment has been disbursed on time.

  • Ensure appropriate tax calculation for the staff, and guide the staff on tax related issues.

  • Ensure appropriate overtime processed has been followed and ensure appropriate calculation has been followed and payment has been done on time.

  • Ensure all the necessary data for payroll processing has been entered in the system and keep this up to date all the time.·       Ensure all the changes of staff data in the system and keep this up to date all the time.

  • Accrual management, that included bonus, provident fund, gratuity, leave encashment, group insurance along with all the benefits.

  • Work on different reports time to time as per the requirement of the organization.
