∎ Strong grip in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Proven experience in cash handling and customer service roles, preferably within a port terminal or logistics environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Navis System Operations: Utilize Navis terminal operating system to process transactions accurately and efficiently, including gate transactions, vessel operations, and billing procedures.
∎ Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, wallet and electronic payments for services rendered.
∎ Customer Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
∎ Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile the transaction received via cash & bank at the end of each shift, ensuring that all transactions are accounted.
∎ Billing and Invoicing: Generate invoices and billing statements using Navis terminal operating system, ensuring accuracy in recording services rendered and fees incurred.
∎ Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions, financial reports, and customer accounts within the Navis system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
∎ Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines governing cash handling and customer transactions.
∎ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the cash handling and billing procedures, contributing to the overall effectiveness of terminal operations.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service delivery.
