∎ Proven experience in cash handling and customer service roles, preferably within a port terminal or logistics environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Navis System Utilization: Utilize Navis terminal operating system to generate and manage invoices, billing statements, and revenue reports accurately and efficiently.
∎ Billing Data Entry: Enter billing data, including container movements, vessel operations, and service charges, into the Navis system with precision and attention to detail.
∎ Invoice Generation: Generate invoices and billing statements based on contractual agreements, tariff rates, and service provisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing information.
∎ Revenue Reconciliation: Reconcile billing data with operational records, financial transactions, and customer accounts to ensure alignment and accuracy in revenue reporting.
∎ Customer Billing Queries: Address customer inquiries and discrepancies related to billing statements, providing timely and accurate resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction and facilitate prompt payment.
∎ Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of billing transactions, invoices, and payment receipts within the Navis system and other relevant databases, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and regulatory standards.
∎ Billing Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the billing process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to implement solutions and streamline workflows.
