Job Context:
∎ This job is for Run Bangladesh, a transport company and concern of UTTL.
∎ To do necessary marketing to hire HR for the company.And then recruit HR.
∎ Travel is required.
∎ Target oriented job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange programmes in various area to recruit HR for the company.
∎ To recruit HR, process their file and necessary documents and prepare them for the job.
∎ Monitoring of their performance and arrange various training sessions to improve their ability.
∎ To do marketing in innovative manners to arrange people gathering and then take interviews and recruit them as per company policy.
∎ Use of Social media marketing to hire people for work.
∎ Must have the hunger to do extensive marketing, do long sessions of interviews and achieve target in given time.
∎ To do any other task as assigned by higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with no travel problem is encouraged to apply.

Salary:
