∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage Day to Day HR works.
∎ Manage & Process monthly payroll independently and ensure proper reporting.
∎ Maintain the payroll system according to the law and buyer's codes of conduct.
∎ Prepare and maintain attendance data for the particular month with 100% accuracy.
∎ Enter details of the newly joined and leaving employees into the Software and update regularly.
∎ Regularly update the management on regulatory changes affecting the payroll structure.
∎ Analyze manual and system attendance data and prepare reports.
∎ Processing of special payments like Bonus, Incentives, Annual Increments.
∎ Process joining of new employees and ensure compliance check.
∎ Update HRIS according to employee information after joining
∎ Maintain attendance data, calculate OT.
∎ Ensure smooth processing of Performance Appraisal, confirmation, transfer and promotion.
∎ Process full and final settlement of resigned employees
∎ Preparation and managing workers and staff's personal files, update leave status and monthly salary sheet.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Supervisor/ Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
