∎ Job Location: AEPZ, Siddhirgonj, Narayangonj.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1-2 years' experiences in any recognize manufacturing company in the same position is preferable.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, should be good knowledge & good speed in Bangla Type, e-mail and internet browsing.
∎ Taking disciplinary action ( Show-cause, Inquiry, warning, Dismissal, Termination) and prepared different draft, Appointment letter, attendance & leave & others report and letter as directed by the management.
∎ Maintain management guideline by preparing, updating and recommendation HR policies & procedures.
∎ Manage any kind of undesirable situation that requires administrative support.
∎ Good command in English Language is needed.
∎ Good communication skill is required.
