∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular basis employee's attendance, roster and leave management.
∎ Attempt to issue HR related letters such as appointment letter, confirmation letter, promotion letter, salary increment letter, warning letter, transfer order, NOC etc.
∎ To maintain employee's personal file with all related papers.
∎ To arrange, conduct and process employee recruitment & selection as per the company policies and practices, also ensure that a fair recruitment has been followed.
∎ To prepare HRIS and other reports for management.
∎ Assist & coordinate performance appraisal process and ensure appropriate & effective communication.
∎ Coordinate and monitor all other HR activities of the organization.
∎ Policy formulation & implementation.
∎ Organizational development.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned time to time by the management.
