Responsibilities & Context:
Configuring different IP Routing Protocols (BGP/OSPF/Static), Switching service, Network/System Security protocols.
Have to work on different Switch (Cisco, D-Link; BDCOM), Cisco Firewall, Fortinet, MikroTik.
Having adequate knowledge to handle Mikrotik (Load-balance and Failover; Bandwidth Management; Network Security; Traffic Engineering).
Troubleshooting of Corporate/ISP customers' connectivity issues in edge and clients’ devices; understanding their requirements and provide solution accordingly.
Responsible for handling customer complaints for maintaining high quality of service.
Customer visit for extended support.
Products/Technical knowledge update through self-learning techniques, to meet upcoming service requirements.
